WORKING PROCEDURE

1. Gather model, JIG-PUTTY, separating medium (vaseline), inlay wax, carving knife, curing light, and ceramic denture bur. 2. Apply separating medium (vaseline) to model. 3. Apply inlay wax to hole. 4. Discharge JIG-PUTTY. 5. Make implant jig with caring knife. 6. Light cure for 20~30 seconds. 7. Disjoin solid field implant jig from model. 8. Trim & polish implant jig with ceramic bur. 9. Total working time is 3 minutes.
