WORKING PROCEDURE

1. Gather model, JIG-PUTTY, separating medium (vaseline), inlay wax, carving knife, curing light, and ceramic denture bur.
2. Apply separating medium (vaseline) to model.
3. Apply inlay wax to hole.
4. Discharge JIG-PUTTY.
 
 
5. Make implant jig with caring knife.
 
6. Light cure for 20~30 seconds.
7. Disjoin solid field implant jig from model.
 
8. Trim & polish implant jig with ceramic bur.
9. Total working time is 3 minutes.

How to Use!

  1. Use brush to apply EasyScan powder
  2. Brush or pat gently the EasyScan powder to the working part.
  3. Do not apply heavy pressure to the working part. It could break by strong pressure, but there is no functional problems when used correctly.

Direction for use:

  1. Please shake well before using.
  2. For first time application, press pen point 5-10 times until pen tip gets moisturized.
  3. If pen point gets dry during use, please press pen tip 1-2 times gently.
  4. Please do not shake pen vigorously after pressing pen point, the liquid could splatter.
  5. Please do not attempt to separate pen point, liquid could pour out.
  6. Please put cap on tightly when not in use. If pen point is exposed, it can become dry because the liquid can be easily evporated.
  7. Mixing balls are inside of the pen. If mixing balls get stuck, please lay the pen on its side and tap.
